History of the Benevolent Fund Society
Benevolent Society was launched by the then Chief Engineer Mr. M.R.Siddiqui in the year 1982-1983.
Mr M.M.Sangal and Late Pradeep Kumar were the Hony. Secretary and Treasurer of the society at that time.
Members were suppose to deposit ₹ 500.00.Financial Assistance of ₹ 20000.00 was given on casualty.

Now the Society is running with full swing adding two Assistance scheme:
1. Chief Assistance scheme: In this scheme the member has to deposit the subscription amount of ₹ 50,000.00 only and Assistance will be ₹ 5,00,000.00 only which will be paid in two equal installments.
2. Principal Assistance scheme: In this scheme the member has to deposit the subscription amount of ₹ 1,25,000.00 only and Assistance will be ₹ 17,50,000.00 only which will be paid in two equal installments.
Members also have to deposit ₹ 2000.00 in cash as membership Fee.
